R14(b) - CPSA President’s Dinner / Dîner du président de l’ACSP

Date: Jun 3 | Time: 06:00pm to 12:00am | Location:

Cocktails available at 6 pm; Dinner: 7:15 pm.

As CPSA President, I invite all conference delegates to join me for this year’s President’s Dinner.

For faculty supervisors in a position to do so, I encourage them to bring their students to the dinner as their guests. This is a great opportunity to meet other political scientists! Spouses, partners, friends and other guests of delegates are also invited.

The President’s Dinner is also when we announce the winners of our prizes and honour their achievements. We hope all members of the prize juries and shortlisted colleagues will be present. The five new members of the CPSA Board of Directors –including the new Director Practitioner Representative!–, and the new 2020-2021 President and Vice-President will also be announced and introduced at the dinner. Join us in welcoming them to the Board!

Attendees can pay for their tickets on the Congress registration form until Friday, May 15, 2020. After this date, attendees are asked to contact the CPSA Secretariat. There will be no on-site ticket sales.

The tickets prices are:
2020 CPSA President’s Dinner (Association no. 48)
Unique Rate: Students, Retired and Unwaged Attendees - $45
Unique Rate: All Other Attendees $70

Electronic tickets will be e-mailed on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

I look forward to greeting you all at the Great Hall, and to sharing an evening with you.
